We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup and day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all logistics and supply chain functions are carried out efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, including experience with warehouse management systems, supply chain management, and materials management. 

Responsibilities: 

Manage the warehouse and shipping operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery, including forklifts. Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems. 
Analyze demand planning and procurement processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. Utilize the ERP systems to track inventory, monitor performance, and streamline processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations. Monitor and manage warehouse budgets and financial performance, including profit and loss statements. Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for the warehouse operation. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
