The Warehouse ManagerManager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the warehouse.

Shift and Schedule: This position will be working mainly 1st Shift/Days and will be housed in the St. Louis office with regular travel to the Geodis plant. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Compensation: This is a full time, salaried position paid bi-weekly
Position Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.Manage supervisors of warehouse employees. This includes hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.Oversee a third-party logistic provider to ensure performance metrics are met and maintain alignment on operational goals.Develop and implement warehouse procedures, workflows, and best practices to ensure safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing costs, improving service levels, and enhancing safety and compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve any warehouse issues or bottlenecks to minimize downtime.Oversee Logistics of inbound/outbound containers including Concentrate receipts from Ireland.Manage budget and reduce controllable expenses including obsolescence for the warehouse operations.Lead and assist in daily operations, which could include but are not limited to developing training plans, performance feedback, project implementation, continuous process improvement, customer and supplier quality, and communication with internal business leadership and employees.Ensure high performance results of your team by:
