The Warehouse Manager will ensure the warehouse complies with the company's policies and vision. This position is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 pm to finish. This manager leads a diverse team of 40-50 in both our distribution center and annex facility. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader who can motivate a team to deliver. This role will report to the Operations Manager based in our Loma Linda facility.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Direct all nightly operating activities including selecting orders, supporting replenishment, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring timely outbound delivery.Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring staff remains motivated to deliver on growth and service objectives.Effective planning to forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet projected productivity and expense budgets.Accountable for hiring and scheduling staff.Conduct daily staff meetings to discuss safety, productivity, and accuracy.Conduct order selection audits and finished pallet breakdown audits as needed.Develop staff through training, and coaching, when necessary, to achieve company goals and objectives.Refine operating processes to support scale and drive improvements.Ensure inventory accuracy.Collaborate effectively with day shift operational managers and inventory control associates as well as key central functions (HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service), as needed.Manage actively operational costs in coordination with operations management and assist in the preparation of the department budget QualificationsYou have:
5+ years of warehouse operations experience.1-3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in distribution.BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration, preferred, not required.Strong leader of all types of people – must know how to motivate a team and develop supervisor talent, particularly in high-pressure situations.Strong communication skills required.Proven project management capability.Computer skills should include Word and Excel and Microsoft Outlook.A strong aptitude for building a culture of trust, integrity, and performance.Salary: $70-$80k
