Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
We are looking to expand our Operations team by filling a key role within the organization with a Warehouse Manager at our Fort Wayne location. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
∙ Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
∙ Develop, train, and support staff to ensure completion of daily activities
∙ Help installation crews load windows and doors into their trucks and trailers
∙ Staging of Jobs – Windows and Materials and issuing to install teams on day of install
∙ Check inventory of supplies
∙ Unload received materials
∙ Printing installer packages and prepare materials for upcoming projects
∙ Implementing operational policies and procedures.
∙ Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
∙ Ensuring safety of staff.
∙ Motivating and disciplining staff.
∙ Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
∙ Assisting with deliveries where required.
Qualifications:
∙ Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience
∙ Window and Door experience is preferred
∙ High school diploma or greater
∙ Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
∙ Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
∙ Valid drivers' license.
∙ Proficient computer skills.
∙ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
∙ Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
∙ Strong people skills.
∙ Available to work extended hours.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation between $45,000-$50,000

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, typically 7:00am - 3:00pm
