Job DetailsRealize the storage and preparation of outgoing goods in the warehouse, in such a way that the standards of quality and productivity are met. Oversees the entire logistics process, including Central Filing pharmacy and can replace the Branch Manager when necessary.
Ensuring the availability of people, resources, buildings, systems, etc.
Managing logistics staff
Implementing the HR policy regarding inflow, throughflow and outflow. Coaching and motivating employees
Translating departmental goals into operational plans and individual goals for the employees within the quality assurance system.
Perform tasks according to the described instructions from the quality system
Provide sufficient and appropriate resources to carry out all tasks and responsibilities according to the instructions and guidelines described
Conducting and leading departmental consultations and participating in projects and national consultations.
Taking care of periodic reports
Ensuring correct administrative handling within the department. Release invoices for payment after invoice verification by employees. Keeping a time administration
Responsible for the management of (technical) resources
Directing, supporting and training the warehouse employee A, B and C
Managing the logistic engineer(s) (technician)
Responsible for compliance and proper implementation of the occupational health and safety, environmental and safety policy and order and cleanliness within the department. Monitoring compliance with rules and procedures
Adequate design and execution of administrative processes of DC (stock management, checks, invoices) - Give employees access to the quality system and their training plan.
This is to ensure the right quality, product integrity and patient safety.
Supervise the correct implementation of the GDP and CF standard in the operation
Providing input and contribution for process improvement is key
