**Warehouse Manager** Our client, a growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and raw material handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment and work closely with the production team to ensure seamless operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient workflows. + Oversee shipping and receiving processes to maintain timely and accurate deliveries. + Coordinate with the production team to ensure the availability of raw materials and supplies. + Develop and implement inventory control systems to reduce waste and optimize stock levels. + Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and other safety protocols. + Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain a high-performing team. + Monitor and improve operational efficiency, including warehouse layout and equipment usage. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment. + Strong understanding of inventory systems and processes. + Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards. + Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially production.
