Warehouse Manager
  WAREHOUSE MANAGER     Role Summary Reporting to the Fulfillment Operations Leadership team, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory and product distribution cycle within the warehouse. This leadership role involves managing daily operations, staffing, inventory accuracy, quality control, and overall facility management. As a member of the GCG companies, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for modeling company values and promoting the company culture, and ensuring an effective succession plan is in place. Key Result Areas   + Oversee product life cycles, including receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing products and materials. + Implement best-in-class working and safety procedures, optimizing the physical layout of the warehouse. + Recruit, select, orient, and train warehouse staff to scale the team effectively. + Ensure efficient and safe fulfillment of pick-pack orders. + Maintain the security and cleanliness of the warehouse location and fixture storage areas. + Develop and maintain metrics for tracking incidents and performance. + Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and space utilization to meet production goals during peak and non-peak periods. + Manage and coach the team to optimize productivity and foster professional growth. + Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high standards for customers. + Work with other managers to continuously improve policies, procedures, practices, and training. + Prepare accurate and timely reports regarding daily and weekly operations. + Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. Skills & Requirements   + 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, production logistics, or high-volume pick-pack environment. + Experience managing a team of at least 10+ employees. + Ability to use KPIs and data to manage and improve processes. + Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills; knowledge of 5W or 8D root cause analysis preferred. + Proficient in MS Office Suite. + Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. + Experience in a LEAN environment; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. + Valid Driver's License required; experience driving box trucks and vans preferred. + Capacity for prolonged standing, walking, squatting, and bending. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.                 Full Benefits Provided.  GCG® is one of world’s leading providers of business transformation solutions related to supply chain and technology solutions for order fulfillment and marketing execution.
