We’re searching for a top-tier professional to join our team as a Warehouse Manager to take charge of all on-site warehousing activities. In this pivotal role, you'll lead your team to meet time-critical production demands while maintaining a strong focus on safety and stock integrity. Supporting the Head of Logistics, you'll ensure materials are effectively managed and available to meet stakeholder expectations, while also reporting key metrics in a timely and structured manner.

You ‘ll make a difference by ….Taking primary responsibility for all on-site warehousing activities, ensuring your team meets time-critical production demands while maintaining a strong focus on safety and stock integrity.Directly supporting the Head of Logistics by managing materials effectively and ensuring their availability meets internal stakeholder expectations.Reporting key metrics in a timely and structured manner to drive operational efficiency.Working closely with the wider logistics team, maintaining an awareness of external impacts and production demand concerns.Collaborating as part of a team to identify and implement solutions that benefit overall operations.Your success will be grounded by …Significant experience in leading a medium-to-large warehouse or logistics operation within a blue-chip business.A deep understanding of running a professional warehouse operation, with a strong focus on HSE management and maintaining high levels of stock integrity.Proven experience in implementing governance frameworks and standard work processes within logistics operations.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
It would also be helpful to have the following:Experience in managing logistics operations that supply materials to complex manufacturing or production lines driven by a defined takt rate.Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as SAP.An understanding of lean tools and techniques.Experience with kitting solutions and KANBAN systems.Degree-level education.
