Warehouse Manager - Full-Time - 1st Shift

Position Summary:
Make certain that sanitation standards are being maintained throughout the warehouse.Efficiently monitor the flow of goods and implements First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in the use of raw materials and in dispatching of finished goods.Coordinates with Purchasing Department and Production Facility with regards to incoming deliveries and transfer of finished goods.Ensure accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis.Evaluates and analyzes inventory variance. Implements preventive countermeasures based on the result of inventory variance analysis.Data Entry characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.Communicate daily with Management/Operations team about customer inventory for tracking clients’ ingredients, packaging, and finished product.Ability to analyze and identify problems, and implement solutions. Minimum Position Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required
Previous warehouse experience preferredMust be results-oriented and have the ability to work with a high degree of independenceEffective oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills – Office 365Receive/Inspect/Palletize/Load/Unload/Sort merchandiseAbility to work well with others and communicate issues in a timely mannerExpert attention to detail, organization, and multitaskingMust always wear personal protective equipment when on production floorParticipates actively in facility safety initiatives, programs, and training sessionsAbility to work a schedule of (5) full 8-hour workdays per week, with the flexibility to occasionally work overtime, nights and weekends as neededTimely and regular attendance.Performs other functions as required
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for the proper warehousing and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies. Also, ensures the maximum utilization of warehouse facilities. Will coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing and traffic departments to ensure proper receiving, transfer and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
