Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Manager located in Juarez , South

Reporting to the Senior Director Materials the warehouse manager role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.

Responsibilities:

Supervise that deadlines are met.Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer serviceSchedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtimeInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessaryMeet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss preventionOversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packagesCertifications in logistics, inventory management, or relevant areas (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean Six Sigma).

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent work experiencePrevious years of related experience. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar roleHarness ExperienceExperience in a warehouse role managing hourly employeesProficiency with warehouse procedures and policiesExcellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualitiesAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of company staffAbility to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbalWarehousing, Material feed, Supermarket, Return to Stock,Kitting, Shipping and WIP controlEnglish Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
