Job Description

1. Operations for Warehouse and Transportation

Oversee warehouse import operation for both AE/RDC.Conduct weekly import operation performance with warehouse team.Responsible to investigate for any import operation dispute between supplier and warehouse and finding the solutions.Manage internal customer import & export enquiries, as well as managing the complaints and claims coming from Warehouse.Manage freight forwarders and Inbound and Outbound cost management.Monitor & provide system support to warehouse inventory managementDrive lean management in warehouse.Monitor warehouse export booking and forecast.

2. Warehouse Systems and Digitalization projects

Being SAP WM Module warehouse operations experts and a go to person related to the topic.Create and manage warehouse performance dashboards.Responsible for Inbound and Outbound reporting and escalation.Responsible in developing the digital solution to automate and improve the operation process flow.

3. Managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse KPI report and present it to management.Monthly & quarterly forwarder performance review.Manage and review forwarders and warehouse monthly performance dispute.Prepare warehouse & transport monthly cost analysis and justifications.

4. Transport Management System (TMC)

Be the contact person for AE/RDC TMC technical support and coordinationResponsible on the day to day AE/RDC TMC system operation.
 

QualificationsDegree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration.Minimum 3 years of related working experience in Logistic and Supply Chain.Good in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficient knowledge of standard software (especially MS Excel, MS Power Point & MS Words) and SAP system is mandatory.Understanding on AEO custom system and ZB's clearance and procedures is a plus.Experience in handling and manage semiconductor warehouse will be an added advantage.Highly motivated individual who shows initiative and work under minimum supervision, focus and result oriented. Business acumen and the ability to dig, diagnose, and solve problems. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders.Must be willing to travel & work in 3PL warehouse location from time to time (KLIA)
