Introduction

Warehouse operation specialist is responsible for logistics activities by performing 3PL management, cost control, inbound/outbound, scrap, return to factory, and administrative and clerical duties based on requirements by stakeholders.

Logistics operational processLogistics process optimization (Standardize, Streamline, Simplify)Daily / Weekly / Monthly logistics reporting (inventory aging, local warehouse space utilization, shelf life, scrap, critical inventory, overdue engineering stock, etc)Reverse logistics for critical materialsHandling operational system disturbancesControl 3PL performance3PL operational accuracy (Outbound shipment, Critical part returns, Inventory management)Daily operational backlog control at local warehouseMeasure 3PL operational performance (KPI) compared to SLA (service level agreement) contractRemove operational error and setup corrective action & preventive actionSafety control & Risk managementLogistics cost controlReview logistics costMonthly 3PL payment processBudget/Spending control & analysisLogistics projectSAP – WMS system interfaceLocal warehouse infra project (relocation, expansion)Cost saving projectOrder fulfillment project

Education and experiences

Bachelor degree or above with major related Supply Chain Management / Logistics & business administrationMore than 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management and administrative operationProfessional competency on Supply Chain Management E2E flow preferredExperience of 3PL warehouse providers management is a plusSAP experience highly preferredProject management experience desired (Milestone planning, Stakeholder management, Cost monitoring)

Context of the position

Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.

Strong interfaces with other supply chain departments, ASML Factories, Central Planning, Field offices, Account Team and Customer Service departments will be required.
