- Utilize and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant
technology.
- Train team members on the proper use of inventory management systems.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
4. Order Fulfillment Coordination:
- Collaborate with other teams, such as outbound and inbound, to optimize stock
levels.
- Ensure the availability of products to meet order fulfillment requirements.
- Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to assess stock levels, turnover, and trends.
- Provide regular reports to management on inventory performance.
- Identify and address slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
6. Vendor Relations:
- Work closely with vendors to manage and optimize inventory replenishment

- Supervise and control report all goods inventory according to the SOP. Implement
and reinforce warehouse policies and procedures.
