Our warehouse is at the heart of our operations, dispatching parts and equipment to our team of Service and Installation Engineers across the UK.

\n

We completed work on our warehouse facilities earlier this year, following an office move, and we are now seeking an experienced Supervisor, to take responsibility for the performance of the warehouse and driving continuous improvement.    You will also be responsible for team management, co-ordinating logistical processes, directing activities related to goods receiving, product inventory and replenishment, performing daily inspections and ensuring Health and Safety (H&S) compliance and warehouse standards are adhered to.

What we are looking for:

\n\n\n\tPrevious experience in a Warehouse management/supervisory role, with extensive knowledge of warehouse operations\n\tExperiencing of implementing change and continuous improvement and be commercially astute\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships\n\tA creative/solutions-based individual\n\tExperience of managing a team,\n\tExcellent organisational skills\n\tResilience – ability to stay positive in difficult situations.\n\tProficient in the use of all MS Office applications with knowledge of external supplier systems\n\tA H&S qualification would be ideal but if not, the willingness to gain a H&S qualification appropriate to the role.
