Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

Oversee receiving, warehousing, Supply to production linesSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirementsMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemPrepare annual budgetLiaise with clients, suppliers and transport companiesPlan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise resultsRecruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employeesProduce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
