Great West Valley 3PL Logistics seeking experience Warehouse Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift. Schedule: Monday 1:30pm-11:30pm or until finished. Occasionally will work Saturday’s based on business needs. Contract to hire opportunity after 90 days Starting hourly pay $25.00-$30.00 an hour. Job Description: Warehouse operations supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including the staff, inventory, and supplies. They are responsible for: Managing the team Assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and coaching team members Maintaining inventory Receiving, storing, and delivering items, and ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean Overseeing operations Managing receiving and dispatching procedures, and ensuring safety procedures are followed Communicating Answering customer questions, and communicating daily goals and areas of focus Using data Using software, data, and analytics to optimize operations and track production metrics Warehouse supervisors often work in fast-paced environments, so they need to be able to multitask and delegate tasks. They may also train new workers.
Candidates must have a proven track record of Warehouse Supervisor or Management or related experience.
