Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Casa Grande is looking for a new Contract Logistics Site Supervisor to join our Contract Logistics team. **Your Role** The Warehouse Supervisor has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities and team members on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. **Your Responsibilities** + You will ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment. + You will ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned and completed properly. + Maintain product locator system and space use through warehouse consolidation. + You will complete all necessary records and reports in an accurate fashion. + Assure the integrity of the inventory and support cycle count inventories. + Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining employee awareness of and compliance with the Kuehne + Nagel Quality, + Safety & Health, Environment, and Security Management Systems, (QSHE). + You will maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems as applicable and to KN's QSHE + Management System. + Help with internal and external QMS, Compliance, Customer, and Operational audits. + Ensure required training is provided to all employees to support the QMS according to the Training Matrix. + Update Work Instructions and Job Aids to support the QMS. + Ensure that discrepancies are documented using the appropriate reporting systems **Your Skills and Experiences** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience + 2-3+ years’ experience in Logistics and supervisory roles. + Lean six sigmaor Kiazen knowledge **Good Reasons to Join** There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
