Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouseCollaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environmentPerform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliationsOperate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and effective mannerFollow established procedures and guidelines to ensure flawless execution of warehouse operationsMaintain accurate documentation and records of incoming and outgoing shipmentsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivityAdhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environmentAssist in training and mentoring new warehouse team members as neededSupport other departments and perform additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience is accepted.Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environmentProficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant softwareForklift certification is preferred but not required
