These responsibilities ensure the total control of all products within the inventory, shipping and receiving areas (warehouse). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Primary responsibilities are to:
+ Support the shipment of goods produced as well as goods received and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
+ Work in a fast-paced environment and deal with multiple people at one time.
+ Receive and issue finished goods into the computer database.
+ Record and monitor all items with shelf life per SOPs and notify the appropriate personnel.
+ Perform and prepare cycle count reports for inventory accuracy.
+ Perform shipping and receiving duties as required per the appropriate SOPs.
+ Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventories.
+ Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department lead person or department supervisor.
+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
+ Omni - Order picking: Receive work order from planning group, use scan gun to pull all components that are associated with the work order, package the components neatly for transport to assembly, fill out all corresponding paperwork using GDP (label requisition forms, work order sign offs) deliver all related documentation and components to the respective assembly staging area.
+ Mayfield - Order picking: Receive work order from planning group, use scan gun to pull all components that are associated with the work order, package the components neatly for transport to assembly, fill out all corresponding paperwork using GDP (label requisition forms, work order sign offs) deliver all related documentation and components to the respective assembly staging area.
Qualifications:
+ Able to analyze information gathered to identify potential problems or discrepancies.
+ Detailed oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
+ Must be able to always observe company policies and safety procedures.
+ Must be able to give and welcome constructive feedback: contribute to building a positive team spirit.
+ Must be able to treat others with respect: work with integrity and ethically: uphold organizational values.
