Warehouse Operator

 

The incumbent is responsible for timely and accurate execution of spare parts movements in the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy and adherence to movement plans. Ensures proper and safe storage of parts, with all physical movements promptly and correctly recorded in the warehouse IT system.

 

As a Warehouse Operator, you will:

Receive and unload all incoming spare parts, verify quantity and condition, and store them in designated areas. Coordinate and execute parts-related activities with relevant teams. Prepare and deliver parts to production on time as planned. Ensure proper placement, protection, and maintenance of parts in the warehouse, keeping the area clean and secure. Record all parts movements in the warehouse IT system in real time, including pickup, bin placement, inbound, stock differences, location changes, issues, and shipments. Ensure all warehouse IT records match physical stock. Complete all required registrations, reports, and schedules accurately, following legal and company policies on parts movement and storage. Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by understanding hazards, following JTI safety rules, and applying control measures. Act responsibly by reporting incidents, unsafe conditions, and supporting continuous safety improvements. Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Requirements:

Minimum of secondary education; bachelor’s degree is an advantage At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in semiconductor or traditional manufacturing Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and ERP systems Familiarity with WMS and Power BI is a plus Basic English communication skills required
