This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operator (Forklift Driver) to join the team at our warehouse/factory located in our head office at Belrose (Sydney’s Northern Beaches).  

This is a great opportunity to gain more exposure to a large global company that is manufacturing & assembling automated systems such as AGV (robotic forklifts), conveyor systems and warehouse racking.

This is a day shift position from 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 6am to 12pm (Friday).

Tasks and Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Complete all warehousing activities including:

Unload and load goods and product for trucks and containers, this includes manual handling as well as forklift truck operationManage system transactions for the tasks that are being completed, receiving, put away, picking, dispatching & cycle countingPacking orders to the required standard; domestic, export or warehouse transfers to internal departmentsMonitor and organise storage locations within the warehouseCreate picking list in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and using RF scanner for receiving purchase ordersEnsure all safety requirements are met for forklift operations and working safely within the warehouse/factory

ABOUT YOU – WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must have a current LF Forklift LicenceExperience in warehousing ideally FMCG, 3PL or similar warehousing rolesExperience with WMS and using RF scannersSound computer literacy and verbal, written and inter-personal communication skillsGood understanding of WHS requirements and safety proceduresAbility to work in isolation and make decisionsAbility to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships
