Warehouse Operator Pottstown, PA 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pay rate: $24.20/hr. Key Responsibilities: + Handle shipping, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods. + Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks (certification provided). + Maintain inventory accuracy using scanning equipment. + Ensure proper labeling, wrapping, and staging of materials. + Support compliance with hazardous material regulations. + Assist with physical inventory counts and new hire training. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing. + Experience with forklifts and automated inventory systems preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently. + Strong teamwork and communication skills.
