WAREHOUSE OPERATOR (3rd SHIFT) - Bluffton, IN
POTENTIAL TASKS – Assist with the bagging lineRecord product codes and lot numbersOperate forklift, drive trucks and other equipment on propertyStack bags efficiently and safely Pick orders, load and unload product Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customersLoad bulk feed on trailersOther responsibilities as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS -- To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understand/follow company safety proceduresExhibit consistent, prompt attendanceAble to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted, shovel material and operate a vacuumPossess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportationHave experience driving a forkliftPossess strong math aptitude and be familiar with basic computer skillsMaintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times. SCHEDULE This is an hourly position.Shift is nights, Sunday night through Friday morning, (and possibly occasional weekends) if needed.Demonstrate initiative to work independently on given assignments while remaining flexible enough to work within a team setting. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT Candidate will provide their own steel-toed safety boots.All other PPE will be provided by the plant. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
