**Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker** **Job Description** We are looking for a diligent and reliable Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking both perishable and nonperishable grocery items around the warehouse using a double electric pallet jack, utilizing a headset to locate items, palletizing and staging pallets, and assisting other order pickers in finding orders. **Responsibilities** + Order picking perishable and nonperishable grocery items around the warehouse with a double electric pallet jack + Using a headset to locate items in the warehouse + Palletizing and staging pallets + Assisting other order pickers find orders **Essential Skills** + 6 months of repetitive work experience + Experience lifting 1-50 lbs repetitively + Willing to work in cold environments (cooler at 5 degrees, freezer at -21 degrees) + Open availability, including weekends (days off will be on weekdays) + Willing to learn how to use a double electric pallet jack + Reliable transportation (location not transit accessible for PM shift) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience + Electric pallet jack experience + Forklift experience + Strong attendance + Willingness to ask for help and learn + Good work ethic **Why Work Here?** Our company offers union benefits, including extended health coverage for prescriptions, hearing, and vision at 100%. The dress code requires pants and steel-toe work boots, and employees should bring their own sweater/layers. Freezer jackets and all PPE are provided. The wage is $20 plus an additional $0.50 when working in the freezer, with a $1 premium for achieving 100% order picking accuracy each week. The available shift is from 8 pm to 4:30 am, with training scheduled from Monday to Friday, 6 pm to 2:30 am.
