The Role
We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers; and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick systemMaintain a clean and organized workspaceCheck all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracyFollow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degreesAbility to lift up to 40lbs frequentlyAbility to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressureAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentAbility to actively engage in continuous improvement activitiesAble to work on your feet for 8+ hoursGood communication skillsAbility to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures
Preferred Skills and Experience
Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
