**Job Title: Warehouse General Production Employee** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated General Production employees to join our Reno manufacturing facility, which produces and distributes ice packs for the west coast. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading ice packs from machines and placing them on racks, in boxes, or on pallets. This position requires standing for up to 10 hours per day. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload ice packs from machines. + Place ice packs on racks, in boxes, or on pallets. + Operate RF scanners for inventory and order picking. + Work collaboratively in a team environment. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for 10 hours a day. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Basic math skills for counting. + Experience with tape guns. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Production or manufacturing experience is a plus. + Experience with order picking and inventory management. + Forklift experience. + Ability to provide own steel toe shoes. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a stable and straightforward work environment with guaranteed work and potential for overtime.
