Job Description:

Location: Ontario, California

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Packer candidates in the Ontario, CA area.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and fulfill orders by processing requests and supply orders
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
• Help control quality by removing incomplete or defective products or materials from package
• Place items on / collect items from moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, and crates
• Place or pour products or materials into containers

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to accurately complete production documentation and forms
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment like conveyors and material handling tools
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
• Attention to detail for quality inspection and accurate packaging
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
• Physical capability to perform repeated bending, stooping, and squatting

Schedule details:
• Shift will be 8:00am -5:00pm
• Must be flexible- availability is needed from time to time for OT (not a lot of OT but there can be during peak season)
