Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 to 2 years or more in Carpentry, Manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to comprehend basic math
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work within a diverse work environment
Highly thorough and dependable
Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
Performs work independently with minimal supervision
Possesses a high degree of initiative
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure

Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Operate power equipment in a safe mannerLift and/or push/pull up to 50 lbsTwist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis
Use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements
Work at a steady, fast pace while kneeling and/or twistingCapable of standing and walking for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day) Responsibilities Pallet Inspector/Palamatic Operator:Safely and securely inspect pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner thatmeets company safety standardsManually lift 70lb pallets from a stack to a rolling line; in addition lift the pallets for inspection
and separation utilizing the palamatic machineQuality:Ensure that proper inspection and separation is metInventory:Conduct physical inventories as requiredSafety and Security:Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work areaAssist in maintaining the security of the warehouseConduct operations in a manner that promotes safetyComply with OSHA and MSDS StandardsMust wear all safety equipment while repairing palletsPerforms duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contractPerforms other duties as assigned
