We are searching for a Warehouse Parts Specialist to join our team! Job Summary: Provide maximum customer satisfaction in the stockroom and receiving areas, using established policies and procedures to accurately document receipts and shipments. Duties/Responsibilities: * Accurately complete all shipping and receiving by the end of each day. * Verify and document all shipments and received goods with their appropriate paperwork and labeling. * Inspect incoming goods for damages, overages, and shortages. * Pick and inspect outgoing goods for shortages or damages. * Determine routing and legal load limits according to established schedules and weight limits. * Verify actual cost against billed costs and notify supervisor of discrepancies. * Receive and document all returned goods per established procedures. * Maintain all mailing and shipping related machines and equipment and their supplies. * Deliver parts to technicians in the field.
