Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Picker Packer to join their team in Whippany, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and order quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve items from shelves based on customer orders, ensuring correct quantities and types

Use scanners and computer systems to manage and track order information

Prepare items for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and secure packing methods

Inspect items to confirm they match order details and report discrepancies

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels

Apply shipping labels and verify delivery information for outgoing packages

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods

Experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment preferred

Pay & Schedule:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
