Our client, a leader in e-commerce logistics, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team in New Brunswick, NJ. This role involves ensuring the accurate picking, packing, and quality control of products to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Select items for customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.Inspect products and orders to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.Pack orders carefully to enhance the customer unboxing experience and prevent damage during shipping.Use the computer system to process shipments and book parcels for delivery.Provide excellent service by effectively communicating with team members and workshop visitors.

Requirements:

Basic literacy and numeracy skills.Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.Proficiency in computer tasks such as data entry, typing, and email.Ability to commute reliably; car preferred due to limited public transport options.Friendly, confident approach to interacting with visitors and adhering to safety protocols.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
