The Position

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities ​

Promote lean concepts and methods, and implement lean in warehouse to improve the operation efficiency continuously.Be responsible for the lean training and supporting to improve the lean awareness and operation skills of warehouse personnel.Collect and consolidate warehouse operation data, make the analysis report, and provide the improvement suggestions.Tract the project implementation progress, support to solve the problems and risks in the project.Coordinate with training-related matters, such as GMP, SHE training, etc.Be responsible for the purchasing and management of warehouse office supplies.Complete the assigned tasks.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

Undergraduate at leastLogistic, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals are preferred

Lean management practice experience, proficient in lean toolsGood data analysis skill and logic skillGood skill in communication and coordinationGood in EnglishGood copywriting ability3 years working experience in warehouse at least1 years warehouse management experience in Pharma industry at least
