Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up to date inventory of onsite waste and communicate required supplies
Load and unload trailers and box trucks
Segregation of waste dependent on disposal location
Reconcile waste offloaded vs documented paperwork
Receive all client waste – containerized
Weighing of materials for AMS Stewardship program
Logging weights from AMS Material onto AMS documents
Prepare shipments of hazardous and non-hazardous waste for Transport
Learn and Comply with all legislation regarding reg.347, TDG and WHMIS
Computer duties, including but not limited to OMS Outbound WO creation, Waste Tracking, RPRA manifest creation
Basic understanding of potential chemical reactions (compatibility)
Operate forklift
Perform physical labour by lifting/moving containers up to 500KG in weight (pails, drums, rolling bins, OF Totes, boxes, skids)
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Morning and afternoon rotational shift work may be required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
Forklift experience is an asset.
Work independently or as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
