Job Title: Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipper/Receiver is responsible for shipping and receiving of agricultural parts and following company quality standards. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

Ensure the accuracy and quality of shipping/receiving contents. Compare, create and maintain all records such as packing slips, BOL’s, invoices and transfer orders Follow standard work procedures for shipping/receiving Ensure the timely and accurate delivery or route of materials to our customers Maintain quality records for reporting, accounting and record keeping purposes. Solve any inaccurate discrepancies with the return goods or packing slips. Identify any inaccurate inventories and notify Supervisor Follow standard operating procedures and quality control procedures. Operate forklift in a safe manner. Actively participates in continuous improvements, lean initiatives, and other related activities. Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company rules, policies, and procedures.

Academic/Educational Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Required Skills/Experience

Shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing environment preferred. Computer and reading skills (Microsoft, Excel, Word, ERP systems preferred) Ability to lift up to 50lbs with the assistance of a lifting device. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Ability to operate forklift and overhead crane (training will be provided). Highly organized, proactive, can work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal. Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, attention to detail. Physically demanding – bending, crouching, walking, standing for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions

Standard 40 hours per week/Overtime when necessary Indoor, outdoor when needed Physically demanding – bending, crouching, walking, standing for extended periods of time Must wear protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
