Description of Duties: Essential Duties: Learn and follow Aveda/Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations. Support all safety and BBS initiatives. Assist with the picking and packing distributor/affiliate orders. Train and lead full-time employees and temporary workers in distributor/affiliate order completion. Assist Distribution Supervisor in planning and completing distributor and affiliate orders. Meet daily with distribution (wave) planners to discuss workflow Periodically check inventory accuracy after picking of distributor/affiliate orders. Ensure product (sku) data is correct on completed orders. Send out daily status reports. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: Education: High School degree or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years experience in a distribution/warehouse environment. Others: Must be able to work some second shift hours during holiday season, if necessary. **Pay Range:** The anticipated hourly range for this position is **$21.50 to $37.50.** Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
