Description of Duties: Essential Duties: Learn and follow Aveda/Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations. Support all safety and BBS initiatives. Assist with the picking and packing distributor/affiliate orders. Train and lead full-time employees and temporary workers in distributor/affiliate order completion. Assist Distribution Supervisor in planning and completing distributor and affiliate orders. Meet daily with distribution (wave) planners to discuss workflow Periodically check inventory accuracy after picking of distributor/affiliate orders. Ensure product (sku) data is correct on completed orders. Send out daily status reports. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: Education: High School degree or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years experience in a distribution/warehouse environment. Others: Must be able to work some second shift hours during holiday season, if necessary. **Pay Range:** The anticipated hourly range for this position is **$21.50 to $37.50.** Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. education, and budget.
