Job Summary

Overall responsible for warehouse management, team performance, physical Stock control and all operation process to ensure that all warehouse functions can be run smoothly and efficiently to support all sales orders and incoming shipments.

How you will contribute

EHS Compliance             

Provide the leadership and direction to develop and maintain an injury -free work place in the Warehousing operation and site-wide.Ensure that all Warehousing operators have the appropriate training, qualifications, and understanding necessary to maintain an injury-free workplace, product, and equipment safety, and operate in compliance with all IFF environmental regulations and EHS Standards.Participate in site Environmental Health and safety programs, behavioral based safety, Hazard Recognition, Hazard identification, Environmental Aspect, emergency response, audits and emergency response activities as required.Ensure education and training warehouse employees in the proper handling of chemicals and raw materials to ensure personnel safety and prevent environmental incidents.

Quality& Food safety

Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with, quality & Food safety policies and practices.Participate in site quality programs, behavioral based quality & food safety activities, audits and risk base on quality & food safety activities as required.Model behaviors that demonstrate a high regard for the quality, food safety, safety and health of individuals.Encourage high level of quality & food safety, safety participation and commitment from others.Follow cGMP&HACCP Practice.

Warehouse Management

Manage the receiving, storage, preparation of raw materials, WIP’s, process chemicals, packaging materials and finished goods at all Rayong warehouses to optimize available space and minimize material handling.Maintain/upgrade the housekeeping standards in the warehousing and receiving areas, as appropriate for a food manufacturer, in accordance with cGMP.Schedule deliveries and pick-ups of RM/finished goods from piers and coordinate with Rayong Production Planner for production runs; as well as coordinate with Master Blender for purchased extract and finished goods needed for Blending and Logistics.Oversee the annual Rayong physical count inventory activities using the site Finance Manager guidelines to ensure inventories are accurate and correct.Perform other job-related duties assigned by Manager.

Shipping

Ensure that the Rayong Customer Service Shipping is performed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice standards for the food industry, including proper records and documentation for product traceability.Work productively to utilize labor and maintain cost effective advantages, while meeting customer needs.General responsibility for receiving, shipping, and samples, ensuring most efficient, effective processes are utilized.
