Old Harbor Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support our government client in Fort Moore, GA.
Responsibilities:
Perform all shipping and receiving functions to include but not limited to receiving and processing incoming mail, documenting proper shipment receipt of operational training supplies and equipment including firearms and ammunition. Manage inventory of assorted law enforcement equipment and course supplies using an inventory and tracking system. Transport, unpack, pack, inventory using proper equipment (ex: power machinery, hand truck etc.). Perform inventory of serialized and non-serialized equipment and supplies. Reconcile inventory management system with physical inventory. Report losses of serialized material. Coordinate new or replacement item requests. Identify end of life replacement requirements for serialized and non-serialized material. Provide routine and ad hoc reporting on all items. Comply with all applicable federal, state, local policies, and procedures. Operate motor vehicles and any specialized equipment necessary to perform warehouse functions (ex: Class C Commercial Driver’s License). Pull and package equipment and supplies for shipment to field offices. Generate transfer documents using agency software/programs. Obtain and maintain certification to package and ship hazardous materials.Requirements:
US Citizen Ability to pass agency background check Ability to pass a pre-employment background check High School Diploma or equivalent experience Experience executing the warehouse functions associated with shipping & receiving, inventory tracking, packaging, and monitoring equipment Experience managing inventory via software and computer spreadsheets (Excel) Experience operating a forklift
Position is located in Fort Moore, GA.
The pay for this position: $17.20 per hour plus H&W of $4.57 per hour
