Organize and control the deliveries (picking, loading, checking and  printing documents) of the goods and receivings (imports, returns and other plants)  in collaboration with the other assistants and warehouse coordinatorRun inventory reports daily/weekly to ensure accuracy at location Operate in SAP/R3  all documents for deliveries/receivings and check all WMS movements of seeds and other materials in the warehouse.Provide weekly report to the warehouse coordinator with reason codes to align with monthly inventory reconciliation processFollow standardized processes for warehouse and distribution efforts and ensure transactional excellenceManage all distribution targets and processes related to inventory movements (i.e. STO’s sales deliveries, etc.) for all sites (i.e. offsites, etc)Encourage and enforce safe operations and respect for people

University education in industrial engineering or similarAt least 3 years of experience with logistic operations in a warehouse environmentKnowledgeable of SAP systemExperience working in the seed production sector will be a plusExperience working with international stakeholders will be a plusFluent in English will be a plusGood communication, team worker, go-getter.High security standards
