Join us to make a difference. **About the role:** As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy through reliable processes and initiatives. You will drive the digital transformation and continuous improvement of warehouse operations by implementing automated KPIs, transitioning from paper-based systems to digital tools, and enhancing overall efficiency. Additionally, you will manage customs and trade data preparation/documentation, ensuring seamless coordination with brokers. **How you will contribute:** + Support Warehouse digital transformation ( automated KPIs, paper based system, digital tool ) + Perform data analysis including Inventory monitoring, cycle counting process and KPIs definition + Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance WH standards, Support 5S certification + Scout and implement of digital tool to reduce and balance warehouse workloads + Coordinate custom trade and compliance data/declaration collection + Support Digital Transformation for warehouse activities + Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring robust process monitoring and adherence to warehouse standards. + Ensure timely updates to JDE/DcLink configurations, maintaining smooth operational workflows. **What you bring to Takeda:** + Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar field. + 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role (supply chain and warehouse processes) + Fluent in English and Italian languages + Knowledge of ERP system, SQL, Reports Now, Qlik and reporting tool.
