The PositionPurpose of the Role
We are looking for a technical assistant to handle physical tasks in our wholesale medicinal products warehouse and support the Quality Department.
This is a 1 year temporary position, involving logistics operations and assistance in product quality control processes. The role requires a combination of physical warehouse tasks and administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of release documentation for medicinal products;
Checking and preparing delivery documents upon receipt of goods;
Taking photos of received medicinal products and medical devices;
Scanning and archiving documents for each released or rejected product batch;
Printing and binding logbooks and templates for warehouse activities;
Providing support for non-GxP relevant documentation
Periodic quality checks of complaints in collaboration with various intake groups;
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders;
Internal warehouse activities, including goods receipt and truck unloading;
Archiving warehouse documents.

Education, Qualifications and Professional Memberships:
A university degree will be consider as an advantage
Experience:
Related experience in the field will be consider as an advantage
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to handle physical tasks, such as unloading trucks and working with goods;
Strong soft skills (communication, teamwork, time management), which will be a great advantage;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities;
Proficiency with office equipment (scanners, printers) and warehouse software;
Basic computer skills (MS Office, document management, scanning, and archiving).
