We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, responsible for warehouse daily operations as per the best practices and in full compliance (Safety, quality & regulatory), his is through proper management of the warehouse resources to deliver the right quality at the right place and in time.
**_Focus of this role is to:_**
+ **_Operate as per the best practices to ensure Safety, quality and compliance_**
+ **_Manage / Organize resources to deliver the right quality in time and with reduced cost_**
+ **_Collaborate and support the warehouse & factory team to deliver as per the factory goals_**
**A DAY IN THE LIFE …**
**Functional Responsibilities**
+ **Safety (SHE):** Provide the team with safe workplace ensuring all areas are clean, and clearly marked using the 5S and Nestle good warehousing practices. Ensure safety requirement of all employees in line with Nestle and local regulation. Monitor and ensure updated certifications and licenses
+ Q **uality:** Ensure proper flow in and out of the Materials as per the defined food safety and quality requirement. Loading and offloading operations are performed efficiently as per the defined targets, deviations must be reported, and corrective actions must be put in place. Make sure that Materials are released on time to ensure proper service to production lines.
+ **Operations and Performance:** Operate the Warehouse to achieve lower costs while ensuring efficiencies and flexibilities in managing inbound and outbound activities
+ **People Development:** Develop and maintain competences in accordance with PDP through proper evaluation, constructive feedback and development plans.
**What will make you successful…**
+ Academic Experience: Bachelor degree
+ Operational Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience of which 2 years at a supervisory level.
+ Good knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Systems
+ Warehouse/ Supply Chain Management Diploma/Certification will be an advantage
