Temp-to-Hire position$28.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm)Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates on the 2nd shift.Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to meet production and delivery schedules.Train, coach, and develop team members on warehouse procedures, forklift operation, and safety standards.Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed to support operations.Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for shift employees.Work closely with logistics, production, and inventory teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Track and report key performance metrics (productivity, accuracy, attendance, etc.).Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.Forklift certification and hands-on operating experience required.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
