MAU is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Cartersville, GA. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee site-wide operations, ensuring service level agreements are met, while leading safety, training, and performance initiatives.
Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great Work Environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional Supplemental Benefit Programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday | 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM Career Path Supervisor III Operations Manager Site Manager or General Manager Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment 1-2 years of inventory control systems experience 1-2 years of SAP or Warehouse Management Software experience Strong leadership, communication, and hazard identification skills Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree Lean / Six Sigma manufacturing experience Human resources experience and training Microsoft Office proficiency General Requirements Strong ethical conduct and personal effectiveness Ability to manage projects, administer policies, and lead in crisis situations Strong customer focus and communication proficiency Essential Functions Serve as the key contact with customer Business Unit Leaders Ensure adherence to site safety policies and FSQA regulations Monitor associate performance and department metrics Lead safety initiatives and investigations Maintain site safety metrics and enforce PIV certification Conduct regular safety audits and process improvements Lead training sessions for PIV and production positions Maintain and audit training documentation Serve as primary trainer for certifications Act as a working supervisor, dedicating 75% of time to direct functions Support onboarding, audits, metrics, and investigations Work Environment and Physical Demands Work environments include both administrative and manufacturing settings May be exposed to non-temperature-controlled areas and clean rooms Use of office and industrial equipment is required Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods and walk up to 5 miles per day Lift 5–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Travel 5%–10% travel required
