At DHL, we manage the picking, packing and distribution of these orders.

We're now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nAssisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)\nLine management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work\nEnsuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations\nStaff training and inductions\nMeeting and exceeding operational targets\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nCan provide three years of current UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)\nAre comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates\nHave previous experience leading, managing or supervising a team\nAre IT literate to enable accurate and timely reporting\nHave a can-do attitude, right first time and passionate approach\n\n
