IQ Resource Group is partnering with a reputable company to hire a skilled Warehouse Supervisor in Fridley, Minnesota!

This is a Direct Hire position!

Schedule:

Sunday-Wednesday 5:00pm-5:00am. (Every other Wednesday off!). 24/7 Flexibility coverage is needed.

Pay: $64,000-$80,000 a year!

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations in partnership with the Warehouse Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the warehouse, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Supervise daily operations to guarantee that products are delivered to the correct locations in the proper quantities Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse team members to build a strong and efficient workforce Monitor team performance and workflows to ensure efficiency and meet customer deadlines Manage inventory levels, allocate space for inventory rotation, and enforce measures to reduce product loss Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

Associate’s degree with 3–4 years of relevant warehouse experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role

OR

High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
