The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations and activities. The warehouse supervisor be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Billings, MT warehouse and the Newcastle, WY warehouse, monitoring the productivity of the employees.Key activities include:
Enforce company and system procedures and policies. Communicate job expectations, appraise job results, counsel, train and coach warehouse employees. Maintain staff by recruiting, orienting, selecting and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities. Oversee materials receiving and dispatching procedures. Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy. Ensure inventory storage areas are clean and maintained. Monitor warehouse employees to ensure safety procedures are always followed. Approve employee timesheets in a timely manner and manage employee overtime effectively. Publish monthly overtime report. Uphold workplace safety standards and enforce safety protocols. Perform monthly safety audit, promote a culture of safety awareness. Ensure warehouse cleanliness including office areas. Review and provide material management input on new or change SAP material number creation prior to submitting to Master Data. Address operational issues such as material stockout and inventory inaccuracy and resolve conflicts in a timely manner. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, Min and Max level Maintenance, and Past Due Purchase Orders to help drive actions that mitigate material stockout. Minimize stockouts and excess inventory to meet operational needs by coordination with planners to set optimize Min and Max levels. Maintain zero Material Movements (MMs) under Minimum (MIN) as our standard. For any MMs under MIN, provide a detailed visibility and timeline for restocking to the business. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular MRP parameters audits and cycle counts. Post cycle count adjustments promptly to ensure inventory accuracy. Work with Turnaround group to establish storage locations as well as process to track and issue materials. Adjust warehouse work hours to support turnaround. Spend at least 1 week per quarter in the Newcastle, WY warehouse. Allocate 85% of time to the Billings, MT location and 15% to the Newcastle, WY location.Note: This description is intended to give you a general overview of the position. Qualifications
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Additional qualifications include:
3+ years of experience of managing and leading people in a production environment required Associate degree or higher required Ability to multitask and delegate Proficiency in the use of computers and software (SAP and MS-Office Suites) Good communication and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to resolve everyday personnel grievances that occur among employees Strong understanding of the expectations associated with leading a production team Ability to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork

Our Refineries and Logistics Operations
