YOUR ROLE Master warehouse workflow and operation management, like receiving and delivering process, safety, 5S & Visual management etc.
Ensure inventory accuracy of SAP and WMS data, Organize warehouse stocktaking with planning and reports. Make improvements according to counting results, Ensure operation of Warehouse services under consideration of quality, cost, quantity and timing targets and keep fully meet laws & regulations and SHEQ requirement.
Fully responsible for the safety, quality, cost, and service level of the delivering & pre-weighing teams.
Manage and allocate the work effectively to ensure the each employee is able and motived to contribute to their maximum potentials to sustainable business success.
Continuously improve the efficiency of warehouse work through process optimization, automation etc. YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU

Perfect promotion Mechanism. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree.
Prefer Chemical major or 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
Be skilled with Word, Excel, PPT; familiar with SAP/ERP and WMS, and can use Power BI is a plus.
Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills.
Good English in listening, writing and speaking.
