Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in our FL-Deerfield Beach location.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Operations in developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiencyOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing textile materialsMonitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock controlTrain and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety procedures and operate equipment correctlyCoordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillmentMaintain a safe and organized working environment, complying with all industry regulationsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivityAssist in reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performanceResolve inventory, order, or shipment issues

Your Shift:

1st shift

You Must Have:

Experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in the textile industryKnowledge of warehouse operations and inventory managementProficiency in using warehouse management systemsStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of safety regulations

We Would Also Prefer:

Experience in the textile print industryKnowledge of lean manufacturing principlesExperience with 5S or Kaizen methodologies
