Warehouse Supervisor

The Lineage direct-to-consumer team is looking for a strategic leader with experience leading large teams and dynamically meeting company KPIs!


Three Shifts Available:

Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00pm - 4:30am

Sunday- Wednesday, 7:00am -5:30pm

Tuesday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure that company and customer standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity are consistently met.

Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervision and Training: Oversee, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports, ensuring high productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.Operational Management: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.Production Planning: Develop production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of job assignments, while maintaining records of time and production.Reporting: Track and send operational reports to designated plant personnel to inform decision-making.Activity Monitoring: Track warehouse activities, including sales, record control, and purchasing, to ensure product availability.

Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesMachinery Operation: Operate machinery and material handling equipment safely and effectively.Employee Relations: Address employee issues and foster open communication across all levels of the organization.Project Execution: Complete assigned projects as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Experience: Minimum of 2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management involving onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping.Metrics: skills monitoring teams daily production goals and dynamically meeting company KPIsWMS Familiarity: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Conflict Management: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics.Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work in extreme temperatures, ranging from -20°F to 100°F, while wearing required personal protective equipment.Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs; weight may vary based on facility requirements.Flexible Scheduling: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.Noise Tolerance: Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, including loud conditions.
