Job Description:

Assures that outbound and inbound shipments (truck and intermodal) are comprised of the correct quantity and variety of product.Ensures SAP is used effectively in the operation of the Warehouse.Assures that inbound shipments are properly matched to their corresponding bills of lading.Ensures inventory controls are monitored and properly accounted for.Develops daily order picking schedule based on the appointment schedule received from the Warehouse Scheduling Clerk and Logistics Provider.Accountable for Warehouse function (including raw, pack and finished goods), personnel and efficient operations.Must effectively communicate with leadership and hourly production employees around the key performance indicators (KPIs) and what must be done to effectively meet and exceed plant performance goals.Supervises the training and development of hourly personnel to achieve desired levels of quality, safety, and production goals.Assures compliance with assigned safety rules in assigned areas of responsibility.Assists in the implementation of the facilities continuous improvement initiatives.Other duties and projects as assigned.
